Audit

A check of your membrane system on site: equipment, processing, cleaning, operators, product quality and data.

What you get

What the audit covers depends on your equipment and on the situation you want to reach. We look at:

  • the condition of the equipment
  • the processing and the control software
  • the cleaning
  • the operators
  • the product quality
  • data collection and processing

How it works

We first agree with the person responsible for the unit what the current state of the installation is and what the desired future situation is. We then come to your site. An audit usually takes one day.

An audit can also prepare for

  • extending a system
  • changing product, feed or processing
  • mapping what is needed to bring an old, idle unit back into use
